  A completely incompetent agency! Where is the difference between booking directly in interned and using an agency if you need to take care of everything by yourself. I had to call and pass by several times because we did not received the tickets even 2 days before departure despite that the accommodation and taxes were paid integral from the moment of the booking. They even did not care to check if they have all the required information from our IDs so that they can release the fly tickets. I think this is not the proper way to start a vacation…. This agency Holidays Inc. Power Business Center Cluj dose not work at all professional so I can recommend it.
