  Car was new and lovely. Although there was a mishap with my booking as it didn't go through in their system, Alexandru managed to give me another car. He was very nice and helpful.

  Mașina livrată cu externul murdar și internul cu reziduri de fructe si noroi. Rezervoare semi-goale. Mi-au cerut să las o fotografie a cărții de credit in mijlocul strazii deoarece nu aveau birou decat la aeroport cu toate ca pe situl lor livrarea se putea face si in piata unirii . Tot din aceasta cauza nu au vrut să adauge Supercoverul în ciuda faptului că insistam sa-l platesc.A trebuit sa rezolvam lucrurile la aeroport dupa vre-o 3 ore iar la returnate aceleasi probleme ,au refuzat să-mi dea o chitanță de terminare a închirierii deoarece era duminica iar dupa spusele lor chiar si biroul din aeroport era inchis.Intr-un final am rezolvat dar a fost o experienta neplacuta si nu i-as racomanda deloc decat daca vreti sa pierdeti timp si nervi. Machine shipped with dirty exterior and interior with fruit and mud residues. Semi-empty tanks. They asked me to leave a picture of the credit card in the middle of the street because they had no office at the airport, although on their site the delivery could also be made in the union market. Because of this, they did not want to add the Supercover despite the fact that we insisted on paying it. We had to sort things out at the airport after three hours and then returned the same problems, refused to give me a receipt because it was Sunday and after their say even the office in the airport was closed.In the end I solved but it was an unpleasant experience and I would not recommend it at all if you want to waste time and nerves.
