  I tried to make a reservation online from Munich to Sibiu. After a few attempts and nearly to give up I received a phone call from a lovely customer service Ms Ramona Petcu. First , i could say i was shocked to receive the call. I am living in Australia and the call came from Romania. Anyway, Ms Petcu was very very helpful. She made the reservation very easy plus she offered to help with the hotel reservation too. Ms Ramona Petcu was brilliant. eSky could be happy to have an employee like Ms Petcu. Overall everything ran smoothly. A big thank you to Ms Petcu for a great service and Ms Milica Necula for replying to an email in less then 5 minutes. I definitely use eSky again.   nu va recomand aceasta firma. sunt niste hoti ordinari. mi-au luat bani din cont spunandumi ca voi avea bagajul platit iar cand am ajuns in aeroport nu s-a recunoscut nimic si am mai platit inca o data pentru bagaj. HOTI ORDINARI cu firma de rahat
