::Poate primul complex de genul acesta construit in Constanta. Ce e drept acum este depasit in privinta magazinelor, majoritare fiind outleturile. Mai tot timpul este aglomerat, parcarea plina. Nu ofera nimic in plus fata de alt mall aflat mai aproape de oras sau chiar in oras. In apropiere se afla si Dechatlonul, magazinul cu cea mai diversificata gama de produse sportive din judet.
