  Mit dem Auto, ein Dacia Duster, waren wir vollkommen zufrieden. Es war sauber, es hatte kaum Kilometer - es war wie neu. Wir waren sowohl auf der Autobahn, wie auf Landstraßen als auch auf den "Straßen" (üble Karrenwege, Schotterstraßen, Straßen ohne Belag) in den kleineren Ortschaften unterwegs. Selbst wenn zu viele Schlaglöcher auf der Fahrbahn waren, sodass wir nicht ausweichen konnten, war das für das Vehikel kein Problem. 25° Steigung waren absolut machbar. Ein wirklich tolles Auto für unsere Urlaubszwecke. Wie ausgemacht brachten wir den Wagen mit fast leerem Tank zurück, so wie wir ihn übernommen hatten. Da wir die Versicherung abgeschlossen hatten war auch die Rückgabe problemlos und rasch erledigt. Auch der Shuttlebus vom und zum Flughafen hat funktioniert. Apropos Versicherung: Gemietet hatten wir das Fahrzeug über Opodo. Schlau wie wir sind INKLUSIVE VOLLKASKOSCHUTZ zusätzlich zur Haftpflichtversicherung. Vor Ort wurde uns dieser Schutz für NICHTIG erklärt... durch ein Dokument welches besagt, dass ohne einem weiteren Vollkaskopaket der kleinste Kratzer bis zu sage und schreibe €500,-- Kosten Selbstbehalt verursachen würde (wir hatten nochmals nachgefragt). Diese Versicherung kostete uns für 9 Tage €170,--. Das war mehr als wir Miete für das Auto zu zahlen hatten. So also wurden wir über den Tisch gezogen. Unser FAZIT: Nicht bei diesem Anbieter mieten, selbst wenn er der günstigste ist oder über vertrauenswürdige Plattformen angeboten wird. Am Ende zahltman drauf!

  TO BE AVOIDED!!! When we rented the car the inspection took more than one hour because we had to mark all the small, almost invisible scratches. They had changed the tires to winter tires recently before our rental and the tires didn't have enough pressure (less than half). We had to stop at a gas station to fix the issue. They asked us to bring the car perfectly clean, meaning going to a car wash before returning it which we definitely refused because in the contract says that if it's really muddy then you should wash it before but by driving in the city the car was not dirty. At the return of the car they wanted to charge us for the car wash which we refused and because of that the guy said "than let me see, I will find something that you'll have to pay for!". He found an extremely small pinch on one of the door for which he charged us 450 euro. Don't get yourself tricked!

  STOP! STOP! STOP! Do not rent from this company. The standard world wide CWD doesnt work for them and they will charge you for every single small reason. get SCWD or Do Not rent all (my advise). If you get a normal CWD insurance they will charge you 500€ for a 1cm (0.5 inches) scratch unless you fight for your money and prepare for war. If you decide to rent with CWD insuanrce before delivery get a small bottle of cheap car polish in case they start harassing you with small scratches that can easily go way at the simplest polish. Take photos!!!! Film HD the car and be careful with the mirrors. Take close photos to them. Look close at all glass parts. Take photos of headlights anf backlights!!!! lights should be off and use your flash so scratches will show up. Be serious and call the police at uniquenr 112. They cant charge you without police report.!!!! !!!! I had rented cars all over the world and never got such an treatment like I did in my own country. !!!! Stay away from them!!!! pleae for your own safety simply close the internet browser and choose another company. !!!!!!

  Car was OK. Just be careful with small print. We had paid for full insurance only to find upon arrival we had to pay it again simply because we had taken a debit card instead of a credit card (how does that make a difference??). Also insisted we brought car back a few hours earlier and to a different location. All very weird and not very customer focused.
