::Angajatii pun preturi din burta multor produse . Si spun clar si raspicat ca nu poti returna , iar daca nu pleci de acolo pana nu vine un superior isi uita comportamentul dezastruos si iti schimba imediat produsul .

::Un magazin bun cu personal amabil și o gamă diversificată de produse. Am cumparat multe lucruri de la acest magazin și chiar și cu ridicarea din magazin am putut să returnez un SmartWatch care nu funcționa cum promitea (producatorul). Personalul este bine instruit și cunoaște produsele. Recomand!

::1: I go to Altex Colentina Obor, after I see on site a product, but after I make the trip, they say that one is not there, but, maybe (maybe..!!) to another shop! So I ask ok, so I should go to guess, like at casino, maybe the next it winner and have what show on site. Sensitive, sweet and professional lady say to me with sarcasm that I should by online!!! Such employees, such Altex services! Scum! 2: I go to Altex Carfefour Colentina. Looking for one tv, I see half of them (the exposed ones!!!) are swiched of, because the guys who sould sell, are sitting all together and talking..ignoring their job and the tv..s. But this is not all, because all of the half working monitors, are on..sport channel!!!! Because the employs were wachig that post! Obviuos I buyed..nothing, and I said never spend my time at Altex. 3: Going out I say..let's buy at list one vacuum cleaner. I pay and I said..just in case, to ask if I can return it, if I donn't like it. The lady said "No", because they sould sell it again. I said: ok, so it's wrong to sell twoo times, but it's ok to remain years and hundred time with a thing wich is not good for me. And what about the other shops for ex Emag) who receive back the stuf if the buyer don't like, and specially, how about the laws?!!!! Seems that Altex have others laws the the contry where tey sel!!!!!!!! I think I'll make a report also to organs abilitated with ethics and control: ANPC.
