  Unfortunately MINUS 5 STARS rating is not possible..Posta Romana (along with its directors) deserves even much lower than that. If one wants to (re)experience Romanian communism times, here is the perfect place. Very few things changed here in the last 28 years, mostly color advertising pictures on the walls. The LOOOOONG waiting lines, the service, the smell, the heat in the summer, even the paint on the walls are unchanged. They even use DOT MATRIX printers, which must have been invented in the 80's. There are about 5-6 employees visible, but only two work with the public. I would gladly sign any public petition for the permanent closing-down of this anachronic institution. Total disgust. YUCK!!

  Slow service, very hot inside (no AC) at 8:00 am, looks and is outdated (both the office and the whole Poșta system), avoid unless you really have no other options. Took about 20 minutes to be serviced, but through no fault of the employees this time - they use matrix printers which take ages to print, people want to send stuff to villages which don't appear in the registers, some guy was insisting to send money to an IBAN which was wrong, etc.

  Se fura! Mi-au venit niste carti de la book depository si datorita faptului ca nu am venit sa le ridic la timp ele au fost "trimise inapoi". Nimeni nu a vrut sa-mi o dovada ca au fost trimise inapoi. Doamna diriginte chiar devenise agitata cand am intrebat-o. Cei de la book depository nu le-au primit, asteptand o luna dupa ele.

  A bit pricey to send a small package overseas. No English was spoken by the front desk , luckily there were friendly people in line who were able to help. Make sure you don't close your package before showing them what exactly you are sending.
